Registration must include payment to secure a seat prior to training.

Discounts:
- CCSNH matriculated students receive a 50% discount provided that there is space available. Any required books/materials will be at full cost.
- Alumni will receive a 20% discount. Any required books/materials will be at full cost.
- Employers will receive a 15% discount for registering two or more employees for the same course/workshop. Any required books/materials will be at full cost.
- State and municipal employees will receive a 20% discount. Any required books/materials will be at full cost.
Employer Billing Option:
Third party billing option is available.
Refund Policy:
In order to receive a full refund, cancellations must be made a minimum of three business days before the training start date. Cancellations made after this deadline will result in a letter of credit being issued.
The Business Training Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshops/courses due to insufficient enrollment. Emergencies/Weather:
In the event of an unanticipated class cancellation due to an emergency or inclement weather, an announcement will be on our answering machine. When NHTI has cancelled classes, the Business Training Center classes will be cancelled as well.
