Dedicated to teaching and coaching his entire professional career, Paul Hogan has been recognized as one of the premier instructors of the game of basketball in the New England area. For the past 25 plus years, Coach Hogan has been directing camps and clinics in New Hampshire to improve basketball skills, develop positive self-esteem, and to learn the necessary ingredients to be a successful member of a "team."

In 2004-2005, the Lynx reached the "pinnacle of success," capturing the first ever national championship in basketball in the state of NH, leading NHTI to an incredible 31-3 overall record. The Lynx defeated Golden State Baptist of Santa Clara, Ca. 72-70 in the USCAA Division II National Championship game on March 5, 2005 at NHTI.

In his eight years at Plymouth State College, Paul Hogan compiled the highest winning percentage of any men's basketball coach in the school's history. He is presently the Men's Basketball Coach, Athletic Director, and a Professor in the Sports Management Program at NHTI, Concord's Community College in Concord, New Hampshire. NHTI was the USCAA Division II National Runner-Up in 2002, finishing at 29-4 record for the season, which is an NHTI school record. Hogan was also recognized as the USCAA national coach of the year in 2002.
